The Three Pillars in Detail
Agriculture
Growing more of PNG’s food at home. Our agriculture work is about producing protein and fresh food inside the country rather than importing it. We are building poultry farms, reviving a dairy, developing a large farming precinct, and starting a domestic cattle herd, all in partnership with local landowners.
Taylor Pacific Poultry
Taylor Pacific Poultry is building PNG’s own poultry supply, with farms in Central Province and East Sepik under the Stiepel Fresh and Sepik Fresh names. The aim is simple: more of the chicken and eggs on PNG tables grown at home rather than shipped in.
Ilimo Dairy
Ilimo Dairy is a Papua New Guinean dairy near Port Moresby, producing fresh milk and dairy for local families. Taylor Pacific has helped lift production and is bringing much loved products like ice cream and yoghurt back to the shelves.
Vanapa farming precinct
At Vanapa in Central Province, we are developing a large integrated farming precinct together with local landowners. Over time it will bring poultry, cattle and other farming together on one site, anchoring the group’s long term growth in agriculture.
Trade
Making and selling the everyday food PNG relies on. Our trade businesses are the part of Taylor Pacific that most people already know. We manufacture trusted food brands and run a supermarket group, putting PNG-made and PNG-sold products within easy reach of families.
Hugo Canning
Hugo Canning is one of Papua New Guinea’s best known food manufacturers, canning meat and seafood at its factory outside Port Moresby. It is the home of Ox & Palm, the corned beef brand trusted across PNG and the Pacific for more than 80 years, along with Ocean Blue seafood, Belhat smallgoods, and the Imperial, Hereford and Waioka brands. These are everyday products found in kitchens and stores right across the country, made in PNG by PNG workers.
Pacifika Smokehaus
Pacifika Smokehaus is our premium range of steak and smallgoods, made in Papua New Guinea for customers who want something a little special.
Rojosa Kofi
Rojosa Kofi is our Papua New Guinean coffee brand, celebrating one of the country’s proudest products.
Stop & Shop
Stop & Shop is a well known supermarket group in Port Moresby, with seven stores serving families across the city. Each store brings together fresh bakery, butchery, groceries and everyday essentials, and gives Taylor Pacific a direct connection to the shoppers we serve.

Building value that lasts, for communities and for the land. Our development work is about long term projects that protect the environment and create shared benefit with the people whose land we work on.
Dorobisoro conservation and carbon program
In partnership with customary landowners, Taylor Pacific supports the conservation of more than 71,000 hectares of primary rainforest at Dorobisoro in Central Province. The program protects an important area of forest and its wildlife, earns carbon credits, and shares the majority of the benefit with the landowning community.
